D·Air Villa |城市上空的房子

隨著時代的發展，城市的天際線不斷被一座座高聳的建筑刷新輪廓。城市上空的房子「penthouse」，成了繁華都市中別具一格的世外風景。

With the development of The Times, the skyline of the city is constantly being redefined by towering buildings. Penthouse, a penthouse apartment built above the city, has become a unique outside view in a bustling city.

本項目是坐擁2900㎡室內空間和840㎡的觀景露臺的頂層別墅。超大的落地玻璃，充裕的自然光線，建筑室內外關系渾然一體，坐看風起云涌，置身云巔的居住體驗，讓所有事物都在此刻顯得分外的簡單純粹。

The project is a top floor villa with 2900㎡ interior space and 840㎡ viewing terrace. The large floor-to-ceiling glass, abundant natural light, the integration of indoor and outdoor relationship of the building, the living experience of sitting watching the wind and clouds surging, standing on the top of the cloud, makes everything seem particularly simple and pure at this moment.

追求簡單純粹的理念，我們嘗試以減法的方式進行歸納。沒有夸張的造型凹凸，更注重的是用戶的生活體驗。

In pursuit of the idea of simplicity and purity, we try to generalize by subtraction. No exaggerated shape concave and convex, pay more attention to the user's life experience.

拿掉復雜繁瑣的東西，質感和情感讓留下的更有價值。

Take away the complexity, texture and emotion to make what's left more valuable.

質樸的材料搭配，精心挑選的家具陳設作為點綴，營造的是雅致脫俗的高級。東西少了，而鑲嵌在事物中的東西變得更有意義。

Plain material collocation, carefully selected furniture furnishings as an ornament, what build is refined free from vulgarity advanced. There are fewer things, and the things embedded in things become more meaningful.

簡單和奢華，在過去是如此遙遠的概念。而在飛速進步今天，“簡單”和“奢華”這兩個歷史上極端對立的概念開始找到共同點。我們似乎在其中找到了一些微妙的平衡，而這將會是一條截然不同的道路。

Simplicity and luxury were such distant concepts in the past. Today, simplicity and luxury, historically polar opposites, are beginning to find common ground. We seem to have found some delicate balance in that, and it's going to be a very different path.
